How to return a product ?
You can return all or part of your order within 40 calendar days from the date of receipt.
All you have to do is complete the return slip attached to your package and send us the new products, with their original packaging, accompanied by this slip.
For health and safety reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed cannot be reimbursed.
If the above conditions are met, you will be reimbursed for the returned products as well as the delivery costs initially incurred (except in the event of a partial return).
