A natural toothpaste with propolis and Ayurvedic plants
Our toothpaste has its origins in India and Egypt because it mainly consists of Siwak root powder
Siwak is an Ayurvedic herb that has been used for centuries to promote good oral health. Our Siwak powder toothpaste cleans your teeth and cares for your gums.
Siwak, a natural toothbrush that has been used for millennia
Siwak root is known for its purifying and sanitizing properties. For two millennia, Indians and Egyptians have unanimously recognized its whitening and protective power, as well as its delicacy.
Reduced to powder, it gets rid of tartar and dental plaque. The powder slips between the teeth for efficient brushing while preserving tooth enamel and gums. In Siwak, we have added white clay and lithothamnium, an algae rich in calcium and magnesium, which strengthen the enamel of your teeth .
THE OTHER CONSTITUENTS OF THE TOOTHPASTE:
Calcium carbonate, a really mild stimulant
Calcium carbonate, a very mild abrasive, stimulates the gums and remineralizes the teeth. It therefore has a super power that allows you to take care of tooth enamel daily;
Siwak also contains fluoride in small amounts, like some vegetables (spinach). This component naturally present in the plant helps to preserve your white teeth and prevents cavities . We have not added fluoride in our toothpaste, because it is already present in our environment and in the water
Amla, an Ayurvedic Indian plant powder with multiple traditional uses
Amla, organic powder, is used in our toothpaste to strengthen teeth and soothe gums. We lend it the role of spreading the powder well in the mouth for more comfort.
Propolis, the ally of sensitive teeth
Our Siwak toothpaste also contains Propolis from our apiaries. This product from the beehive improves oral hygiene. By its purifying action, it revitalizes and cleanses your gums.
Siwak toothpaste with or without menthol
Our Siwak toothpaste is available in a mint or mint version.
The mentholated version contains menthol crystals which are extracted from the essential oil of mint. They are used in very small amounts to freshen the breath. With Beewak menthol scent, it is the guarantee of a breath of which you will not have to be ashamed!
- Essential oils are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 7 and people under homeopathic treatment. In these specific cases, you will need to use our fragrance-free version
- For both versions, the toothpaste should not be ingested. The child must know how to spit
How to use siwak powder toothpaste?
Dip the tip of the dry toothbrush in the Beewak powder toothpaste to remove a small amount. The toothpaste does not foam, which does not detract from its effectiveness. Gently brush your teeth to benefit from all the properties of Siwak toothpaste, rinse and voila! Your teeth are soft and clean, your breath is refreshed .
It's a super easy way to take care of yourself and the environment
Is it hygienic to soak family toothbrushes in the same jar?
No. The box we offer is small and suitable for one person. For a family, it is better to buy the refill and distribute the powder in several mini jars. The other solution is to take a very small amount of powder each time you brush your teeth in a teaspoon and soak the toothbrush.
An economical toothpaste refill
Our powder toothpaste is refillable . You can order only the 60 or 120g refills if you already have a jar (you can also use the mini jars of honey or glass jam)
The refills are packaged in kraft Doypack with zip closure
